Send your current job résumé to info@hireimaging.com plus two examples of your “dream” job (full job listings or leads with position description and requirements) for a free résumé evaluation and price quote. If you don’t have an existing résumé, simply contact us by email or phone at 1-877-265-2750 or (320) 253-0975.
- Once you agree to work with us, full payment will be authorized. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Pay Pal for your convenience.
- Complete our personalized client résumé worksheet (emailed to you) and email it back to us.
- Arrange to talk by phone for a 30- to 45-minute career consultation. We will call you on a day/time arranged at your convenience
- Review the résumé draft that is sent to you via email, and make as many changes as you like, and then approve the final résumé draft sent via email.
- Your dynamic and powerful new résumé is ready for use!
Résumé Writing Services
When you use Hire Imaging to develop your professional résumé, you will be working with Barb Poole. Barb will personally communicate with you, and write your résumé – not a subcontractor with no stake in providing the best service and product possible to you, the customer. All fees are discussed prior to work beginning. You will receive a written quote via email or fax.

Resume Writing Clients
Although Hire Imaging does not have a “typical” client, we have two general categories. Clients In the first category usually include:
- Students, recent college graduates, occupations under 2 years of experience, and non-supervisory and non-technical occupations
- Occupations of 2-10 years of experience, technical under 2 years, and non-supervisory/managerial positions.
- Supervisors, team leaders, technical professionals (2-10 years), and other occupations of 10+ years’ experience.
Senior-management/executive résumés require more strategy, planning, and writing resources. Hire Imaging may determine that a CV, Biography, or Professional Portfolio be used in appropriate instances. Clients in this category usually include:
- CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, President, VP, Director, Senior Administrator, Division Manager, Department Manager.
- Technical and scientific professions (10+ years)
- Doctors (medical, dental, veterinarian, Ph.D., etc.), attorneys
Résumé Packages
- Recent Graduate Résumés - Clients with up to one year of employment experience after high school or college.
- Entry Level Résumés - Clients with up to five years of professional career experience.
- Professional Level Résumés - Clients with over five years of professional career experience.
- Technical/IT Résumés - Clients in information technology, the sciences, medical, engineering or related career fields.
